Directions to Meadowbrook Estates:

From San Antonio, Texas, take IH-35 South toward Laredo. Go past Loop 1604 to Lytle, Texas. Exit FM 2790/Benton City Road, and proceed to the stop sign. Continue straight alongside I-35 to the next stop sign. This is FM 3175 (also called Benton City Road), where you will take a left and begin to mark your mileage. Go two miles on Benton City Road, which will bring you to the entrance of Meadowbrook Estates. The Meadowbrook Estates sign will be on your left. Turn left and continue to the next stop sign. Go right on Meadowview Drive and look for properties with the KINGsLAND Properties signs!

The City of Lytle had its beginning in 1882 when a railroad station was established, making this the only town in the county having a railway station at the time. The city became incorporated by an election in 1951. Recreation in Lytle is plentiful, as citizens enjoy the City Park's baseball fields, multi-purpose court, tennis court, playground, pavilion, and picnic area. Hunting is a year-round pastime in Lytle, whether for deer, quail, javelina, or wild turkey.

Lytle is ideally located approximately 23 miles southwest of San Antonio. Lytle residents can commute easily to their jobs while they enjoy the warmth and relaxation of a small rural community.

The City of Lytle began in 1882 when a railroad station was established, making this the only town in the county having a railway station at this time. The City became incorporated by an election in 1951, and because of the tremendous amount of volunteer work done by many people for many years, today Lytle is a leading South Texas community which has much to offer its residents.

Recreation in Lytle is plentiful, both locally and nearby. The City Park offers three baseball fields, a multi-purpose court, playground equipment, pavilion and plenty of picnic facilities and tennis courts.

The Oak Park County Club with its swimming pool is a big plus to summertime recreation to is members. Nearby San Antonio has much to offer with its many interesting sights, shopping centers, theatres, and miscellaneous amusements. Also close by are Medina Lake and the Gulf Coast, to add to summertime recreation.
